Black Bear Diner Woods Cross

Went for the Thanksgiving dinner that was advertised as a 3 course meal. The dinner itself was good, but I realized after the fact that I didn’t get the dinner salad and cornbread muffin that was supposed to come with it. The atmosphere was chaotic. There were a good amount of people there and it seemed like the waitress was a little overwhelmed. I got a breakfast combination including eggs, their homemade sausage patties, home fries and an English muffin. IN MY OPINION, I didn't like the taste of the sausage, the home fries were not cooked very well and the English muffin was toasted on the outside but not on the inside well enough to melt butter. At least the scrambled eggs turned out okay. The service was great, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere is really nice as well.

Love the food, the service isn't usually bad, but it's nothing to call home about and the atmosphere is just OK. I go there because they have good protein sources and their balck bear burger makes a freak refeed meal!

Absolutely love this place and that they have..... BUTT-FLAP-JAMMIES!!!! PLEASE never stop selling these! They are so adorable! The staff and service was amazing and very attentive… Will always return. Thank you again for making your location so enjoyable.

My group came here yesterday after having gone to a funeral. Originally 11 people were confirmed to be coming, but then an additional 8 showed up. Despite that, they gave us a new table and two booths. Our server was Maria (I'm quite sure that's not how her name is spelt).
