I live on 63rd and Woodward in Downers Grove, but I choose to come to this Dunkin' Donuts because the service is much better. The staff are friendlier and treat us well. I am grateful for that. These employees are great. View all feedback.
What Jaelynn B doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
Very Rude young cashier. Rolled her eye and raised her hands in irritation of my request? it?s unfortunate to have such rude employees. I used to really like this place. Probably won?t be back. View all feedback.
I have no major complaints about Dunkin Donuts. They are currently enforcing mask-wearing and social distancing of six feet, and are operating on their regular hours. This location does not have a drive-through, so you will need to go inside to place your order.
This restaurant is in a convenient location and is designed well, especially considering the small space. It is kept very clean, including the bathrooms (at least the men's - I didn't check the women's). The menu is clear and easy to read, with fresh items and a good selection for lunchtime. The sandwiches are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is polite and efficient. Overall, the service is excellent and I would highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts over others in the area.

Very fast friendly service. Im new to the area but seemed like they do their best to connect with the customers. I didn't feel like just another sale to them.
