Subway - Woodland

This location is typically open 24/7 but when I visited it was closed. Sadness?

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is not for the food chain Subway but for the one and only person that was working this evening busting her a and keeping up with the orders. Its been my experience that when I go into subway my order is taking no time at all to be made and prompt. However not tonight. Tonight I had 5o wait in line for an hour after work for a phone in order. And clearly your sign says call ahead for fast and speedy service. But not this night. If anyone needs a good review is Alex for she alone kept up with everyone's order and she did it effortlessly. She actually needs a promotion or a raise and I hope the people that stood behind me as well as un front of me leave the same review. I'm disappointed in the lack of help her managers left her with. That being zero. I won't eat here again because of this. Way to go subway.

It is recommended to order ahead or call in your order at this restaurant. They prioritize large call-in orders over walk-in customers, so those who placed their orders ahead of time will be served first. The lobby was packed with people who eventually left because they had been waiting too long to even be acknowledged.

My sandwich was completely incorrect. Instead of the tuna sandwich with only two vegetables that I ordered, I received a sandwich with all the fillings except the one I wanted. The experience was extremely disappointing and took over twenty minutes, even though there were only two of us dining.

The dining experience at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is outstanding! I highly recommend visiting this place.
