This restaurant is always busy! There is no sit-down service, only a kiosk or drive-through. It seems that the kiosk service means that the employees don't have to greet, acknowledge, or thank you. I just wanted a hot coffee, but I had to wait until the orders behind me were complete. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
mcdon worstds ever. not recommended. they did not give us the sauce at first time and got more and did not give us the whole sauce we demanded. the burgers were burned. they were not made at all. the pop tastes funny. do not recommend this place at all! View all feedback.
Messed up our simple order. Ordered two hot n spicy mcchickens. Only got one, ordered two hamburgers no cheese. Messed that up too.
Blonde lady with braids was the only one I saw at the window, not very nice, had back turned so she could text, we were waiting and watching her text for several minutes while we watched her and other workers move the food and drinks that were ready a few inches over. We asked for two mediums and got two smalls. One drink was about 50% whipped cream.
Inconsistent quality, good one day dry, slapped together and missing condiments the next couple visits. Drove home 15 min once to find my big Mac had nothing in it!!! Ate cereal instead. Service otherwise is terrific and friendly. Extra training would easily bring five stars.
Ordered a quarter pounder meal and only got large fries and sprite. What the hell. Forget the fry’s. But not the burger. Very disappointed
