Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Woodland

This Dicky's is off and on, when it first came to town it was average, the last four or so months it was pretty darn good! We went last week and it was below average. We won't be back until we hear it's improved.

I live in a nursing home, so deivery is essential for me. Uber Eats delivers promptly and with care. I can't say enough about this food! I ordered their smoked turkey sandwich, loaded giant baker, and deep fried okra. The sandwich was delicious, thickslices of tender turkey with sweet white onion and pickles, really special. I also got their loaded giant baker, a treat forsure with butter, sour cream, bacon, cheese, and jalapeños, And their deep-fried okra is not to be missed. There was theirhouse barbeque sauce in small cups on the side. That sauce is great! Why would anyone choose any other kind? Five stars forflavor, presentation, and sustainable packaging. Would definitely order again!

Wish Vacaville location were open. Woodland had very friendly, helpful staff and the BBQ and fried Okra were YUM! Got the order to go was easy and fast.

When I found out that Woodland had a Dickeys BBQ I could hardly wait to eat here. Having not had this BBQ in 30 years. Although my memory plays a factor for sure. This is a review as I see it. The service was very attentive and pleasant. Foodwas very expensive for the small portions. My western sandwich was very skimpy. You don't do that when your getting BBQ.Portions should be big especially for Texas BBQ That will single handedly kill any hopes of success for this location placewas deserted except for myself and the six employees standing around. It was 1:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. Not a goodsign. Was tasty. Was nice to have that dickeys brisket again. But in california noone here will have that memory. Probablywill not come back.

Love this place Heather and Lauren were so friendly the food was on point So tender and juicy!!!! The side were great I had the Cueban sandwich today it was so good.
