Carvel - Woodland Park

My kids and I had such a great experience there! The owner and staff are super friendly, my kids love their Mother Earth flavor, and salty caramel coffee is my favorite along with cherry vanilla! Spotted all kinds of ice cream cake in the freezer, definitely will come back!

I absolutely love the cakes and ice creams. I used to live union city and trying to find an ice cake was extremely hard. When moving out here and I saw that their was a carvel I was like a little kid. Very professional extremely nice employees and always willing to help. Recommend them 100 percent. The owner was very nice and she made sure she got my order correct! We had a nice conversation and showed great customer service!! Will definitely be coming back!!The ice cream is great! I visited the place tonight at around 10:10 pm. The lady at the counter as soon as I parked my car locked the door. Rude..very very rude…to be honest, this is the worst carvel i have ever been to..the company or the franchise should definitely take some action against these rude employees.
