I don’t like to write a review like this but the food was pretty bad. I had the steak salad and would have thought that I was eating canned tuna if I was blindfolded. I stayed to finish the salad because I know bell peppers are pricey these days. Very disappointed in Señor Grandes.

When it comes to burritos for breakfast look no more. Breakfast burritos better than Chipotle's breakfast options.

I have had great food here and especially the salads and the veggie burrito. The staff has been friendly and attentive. However, the reason for the 2 star review is that the last three times I have tried to eat there, I have shown up an hour before their posted close time to find the doors locked. There have been no posted signs regarding hour changes and the staff have just looked at me as I tried each door. At this point I am no longer willing to attempt eating at this location (on Victory by the Westfield mall in Canoga Park CA) as I am not able to trust that they will actually provide service.

Upon arriving and seeing their menu, I knew this place was not going to be authentic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think that was the only positive of this location. I was unsure what to order and asked for some advice. The staff recommended the BBQ steak burrito for myself and a ham melt sandwich for my partner. The price was a bit higher for authentic Mexican food. Once we received our food I realized how bad my partner and I had messed up. The location uses the store bought flour tortillas for their burritos, so they are extremely small. The meat was reheated and was flavorless. The only thing with some flavor was the BBQ in my burrito. It was jam packed with black beans that for some reason were scorching hot. Regarding the melt my partner received, it was a simple ham and cheese sandwich. There wasn 't anything special about it.

ATTENTION: Starting May 16th, 2023 this place will only serves online pick up orders!! I always love NACHOS! I've been trying nachos from so many places! This time, I gave this place a try.. I picked up the steak nachos (with salsa guacamole on the side, no beans no sour cream . Overall, it was pretty good! Portion (meat, chips cheese ratio was great! Decent price good taste (the steak was so tender not overly salted , Quality the packaging were all in good standard. They put the food on a paper plate, then heat it up under the broiler for a short while to melt the cheese (look at how stringy melty the cheese? Yuuuum!! , then,.. they put the plate in a clear plastic container, INSTEAD OF putting everything in Styrofoam container then heating it up to melt the cheese like most places do! A few PLUS POINTS in my book! One thing I was not so thrill about was, the amount of guacamole and salsa they gave out. They were in small portions comparing to the large portion of the nachos. But, It's not a big issue. I would still go to get more!
