I may not be a Vietnamese cuisine expert, but I can confidently say this place is fantastic! As a lifelong fan of beef, I found my wife's chicken broth to be even more delicious than my own pork bánh mì, which featured house-baked bread with a crispy crust and a soft interior. What User doesn't like about Saigon Brothers:
This review is solely based on the dish I ordered. My friend picked it up for me, so I can't comment on the customer service or ambiance. I ordered the filet mignon pho, which was really good, but the broth was excessively sweet. I couldn't finish it. The meat was incredibly tender, but the broth didn't sit well with me, and I ultimately couldn't finish my bowl. View all feedback.
This restaurant reminded me of the meals my parents would prepare for me, evoking memories of my upbringing surrounded by Vietnamese cuisine. Throughout my life, I've visited numerous Vietnamese restaurants, and this one stands out with its clean, modern design—it felt more like a place in Saigon than one adorned with traditional Vietnamese decorations. The food was authentically Vietnamese, yet the restaurant also experimented with some dishes, creating delicious fusion options. I tried the bo ne banh mi for the first time, while my friend enjoyed the com tam with pork; both dishes were outstanding and made with fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were just right for us, and we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability, especially given the rising prices everywhere else. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, especially since we arrived right when they opened. They made sure our water was refilled and that we were well taken care of. This place is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area again!

My goal was to take dinner with friends and my goal was fulfilled.
HOLY MOLEY!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! The Seafood Pho has the lightest but most flavorful broth I have ever tasted here in the San Fernando Valley. The Banh Mi (chicken and Shrimp) are delicious! Egg rolls, lots of filling and fried just right, not super oily). To me, the prices are very fair. The amount of food given is good as well. I may have wanted more only because it was so good!! This place reads our messages perfectly too! all the food was made as we asked. WE WILL BE BACK!!
