Mcdonald's - Woodland Hills

I used to work here. All I’m gonna say is go somewhere else. The owner raises all the prices to a ridiculous amount when you can go to another store and get the same thing cheaper. There are homophobic employees, I’ve literally watched a cook drop a spatula and pick it up off the floor and take the burgers off the grill. Saw one coworker sneeze into all the fries. The manager acts nice but she is the opposite and doesn’t support her employees at all! Just go somewhere else trust me.

I used the mobile app to place a late-night order for in-store pickup. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had given me the wrong item! I ordered a triple cheeseburger combo with extra pickles, ketchup, and added mayo, but instead, I received a plain McDouble. I was on my bicycle and by the time I got home and realized the mix-up, it was too late to return to the restaurant. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I felt overcharged for what I received. I’ve attached photos showing the order tag on the bag (1664), which indicates that I ordered and paid for the triple cheeseburger. Instead, I ended up with a plain McDouble (as indicated on the wrapper), which belonged to someone else's completely different order (1216)!

I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but I recently went and it was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I had went, I vowed never to go again. However, this time around everything was made to order... perfect!

I came here to order food for my kids. It was quick stop through drive thru. I ordered happy meal with apple juice, extra apple juice for my toddler and my drink. When I went to the window, I was just given my drink and happy meal without apple juice. I asked the worker but he said “no you didn’t order.” And this person seems very bothered when I asked and didn’t even try checking the order on the screen. Unfortunately I didn’t get the receipt when I ordered. But the happy meal supposed to come with the juice…. Anyway I didn’t want to be a trouble, so I just left. Next day, I check my “recent order” on the app, and I did indeed ordered…. It was just overall bad experience.

I absolutely love this place it is the best location in the entire valley.They completely cater to their customers and provide a flawless customer experience. I highly recommend going to this McDonald's above any other.
