I placed a mobile order and got to the store where I was told the system was down. They took my information down for the manager so I could get my money back. Now I'm out almost $30 and still haven't heard from the manager or had my money returned. Don't gohere if you like to get your money's worth of juice View all feedback.

The service is consistently excellent and the smoothies are prepared perfectly. I recently sampled the new watermelon smoothie and it was delicious.
Today was not a good day for me at this restaurant. I usually visit this establishment once a week to purchase a large carrot juice with kale as part of my diet and fitness routine. However, today I encountered bad customer service and a lack of quality in making my drink. I ordered a 28oz carrot juice with kale, but was surprised to find out there would be an additional charge for the kale. Despite accepting this, I was taken aback when I was told the kale would cost double. When the drink was finally made, I was disappointed to see that it was not the correct size and had unnecessary ice added to it. I requested a refund due to the poor service and lack of communication from the shift lead, Rafael. Overall, it was a negative experience and I hope it does not reflect on the company as a whole. I will be exploring other juice options in the area.
I have visited this restaurant several times in the past few months and have always had a great experience with the staff. They are efficient at getting orders out quickly and accurately. I have also noticed the issue with the loud music that other customers have mentioned, making it a bit challenging to place an order.
