What Katelyn K doesn't like about Jamba:
Slow service. Waited in line for 10 minutes. The cashier told me they had sandwich in stock and only after paying for that 2 other items did they tell me they're actually out of that sandwich AND they're out of strawberries for my açaí bowl. How are they going to be a smoothie spot and be out of a main ingredient? Since I paid in cash, I lost my BOGO reward bc the cashier didn't know how to reverse it. Extremely frus... Very clean place. The staff was very kind and the music in this place makes it a fun experience. They are pretty fast in making the drink. No line. Recommend the ‘Peach Perfection’ sooooo good.
Almost half the menu gone on the app. Couldn 't order my favorite items. When I arrived at the establishment, they told me they have the items available, just the manager didn 't put them back on the app. I tried calling right aft making my online order, no one would answer so I couldn 't change anything before arriving. Also, I get extra ingredients in my medium smoothie (customized); it usually comes in a size above (large) since I pay for additional components. My smoothie came in 2 mini cups, when I never selected the split cup option. When I asked for my drink to be transferred to its medium container, the contents did not even reach halfway in the cup. I order online because I need my order fast. I schedule my order based on my ETA trip and this was a huge inconvenience. Aside from paying for extra ingredients and getting much less. Disappointed.

Love this place! So many great options. Picked up an aloha pineapple today and my son's favorite white gummy. Both were delicious. A cold drink for a cold night. Prices have certainly gone up. Just like everything else. But delicious with great service.
I got in at 9:40 pm they are running a dead closing shift with 3 employees I ask for a carrot juice she stares into my eyes and said we are out of carrots, I could see the carrots but I noticed a clean carrot juice machine, if you have 3 guys to do nothing late night don't clean that machine early so you won't have to lie to my face. Your owner wants you to close at 10pm
