Just got diarrhea from brown sticky and slim salami from the itialian panini they offer there. I'm here three times, but not back. The worker said it would brown when the panini is heated. I asked to see the unprepared salami package, and was showing the same brown salami, she then changed her story to get it from Cisco like that. Obviously they know they serve bad food and don't care less.
Best tuna salad sandwich ever!!! Service is excellent. The food is delicious!

Hiriam is obviously her name, and the I was given to reach the manager was simply the shop number itself. Bottom line, it seems they could take less care of the customer. Overpriced, rude, no great first impression.

This place has the worse service ever. The employees are very rude. I work right next door, and on one occasion I came in and I wanted to order something to go. The cashier told me sorry you have to wait because the floor is wet and I cant take your order or ring you up. So I figure she means wait for a few minutes. Then a vendor goes back behind the counter to look at the cash register and she walks up to the cash register to join him and walks all around the kitchen area with no problem (deliberately not helping me out). So after 10 mins I leave because she still does not take my order. On another occasion, I call to place an order. I ask her what different kinds of chicken paninis they have, and she said there are three. I asked what they were. She said I don 't know. Then I asked her you don 't know what your own sandwiches are called? Then she hung up on me! I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I get the feeling they are not in the business to make money. Otherwise, they would have at least baseline customer service.
