I've tried my share of Thai restaurants, but man this place was GREAT. I don't want to hype it up too much for others, but I found their prices very reasonable as well as their portion sizes. Their pad thai and crab fried rice were just what I wanted, but most of all, they really give their all for service! View all feedback.
What Bishoy Abdelmalik doesn't like about Anantra Thai:
To the owner: either compensate your waitstaff properly or you risk losing your business. The food is excellent—I’ve visited multiple times with my coworkers and friends. However, each time I dine there with a small group, the servers appear to be seeking tips after we've settled the bill. View all feedback.
Fantastic Thai restaurant. Every time we've taken others here to dinner they compliment the place and want to go back.
This might have been the best Thai food I’ve had in the U.S. the Tom Yun Gung was excellent. Drunken noodles was amazing. I’ll definitely come back anytime I’m in the area!
Really, really delicious Thai food. Maybe even some of the best in Woodland Hills.
This restaurant seems destined for an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. While I have no complaints about the food or its flavor, my experience with the service earned it just one star. Prepare to be taken aback by what transpired… I visited twice with coworkers, and on both occasions, the wait for food was excessively long—around 20 minutes for a simple chicken with rice and salad. On one instance, an employee actually chased my coworker out to the parking lot to discuss the tip. On another occasion, my coworker was publicly humiliated in front of other patrons regarding his tipping. Just as we were about to leave, the server confronted him and began belittling him for not leaving a tip. I have never witnessed anything like this before.
