What Jess Walla doesn't like about Zeek's Pizza:
Chronically over staffed. Management needs to staff more. If they say they can’t afford it, they can’t afford not to. The staff is INCREDIBLE. I always feel SO bad when they are understaffed and stressed. Food is SO good. Beer is SO good. The owner is really great. I don’t get it. I’ll change me 1 star to 5 stars if they address the undersraffing, cause the food and staff are great. View all feedback.
Normally I would give Zeeks a great review. Sadly one mistake has really laid bare the challenge this Zeeks has. They are woefully under staffed and provide ZERO customer interaction. Delivery services are the only point of contact a customer has and the services make very clear, they only deliver. When trying to contact Zeeks Woodinville your only options are to order online or leave a message. If a delivery service fails to deliver your only option is to hope someone will answer the phone and listen to messages. BIG FAIL.

The service at this location is chronically poor. Delivery often does not show or shows hours late only after calling. For this reason I started choosing pickup. Today they’re running at least 30 minutes late from the ETA they provided on a pickup order. This level of service is unacceptable for the cost.
Great pizza but when they give you a time ballpark for it to be ready add 30 minutes
I usually enjoy their pizza, which is always hot and delicious. However, I decided to try DoorDash to have my pizza delivered, and I even gave a generous tip because I was really hungry. Unfortunately, I never received my pizza. When I called Zeek's Pizza, the person who answered said no manager was available but promised to get back to me. Now, I’m out $60 and had to make something else for my family’s dinner. Life can be tough at times, and playing phone tag just adds to the frustration. It’s not a huge hardship, but my time is valuable, and I don’t want to deal with this kind of stress. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to use DoorDash again or eat at Zeek's Pizza.
