Five stars for service! The gentleman who works there offered us an excellent service, he came out of his way to make changes and make sure we are satisfied with our orders. We had tea and almond croissants. Honey tea was a bit too sweet, but overall we are happy with food and drinks. View all feedback.

I loved this place, but not anymore. I was friendly and ordered a simple drink from the menu, but they were not friendly back. The coffee was not very good for being quite expensive, I could not taste the coffee, only milk and sugar. They don't give coffee beans anymore. View all feedback.
I really enjoy Mercury's, but it seems like the place is either nearly empty or completely packed, and the service is always extremely slow. I can't get enough of their white chocolate mochas, so I’ll continue to visit—just not when I’m in a rush.
Every time I order from Chloe, the barista, I receive excellent service. He is friendly, efficient, and has a great can-do attitude. He definitely deserves a raise!
I used to love this place, but my feelings have changed. I was polite while ordering a simple drink from the menu, but the staff didn't reciprocate with friendliness. The coffee was disappointing, especially for the high price—I could barely taste the coffee itself, just milk and sugar. They've also stopped providing coffee beans, which is a shame.
Consistently great over all Mercury locations. The coffee is good, their pastries are very good, the reward program, is good, and the baristas are all friendly, efficient, friendly.
My favorite chain espresso in Washington. Always great service with drinks that dont feel so actively sugary that they're rotting your teeth.
