It's my go to place. Loved them all my life. I,m 66 yrs old. When I was diagnosed with brain cancer I couldn't eat anything my little sister took several times a week and 5 yrs later I still get them View all feedback.
What Anthony doesn't like about White Castle:
After receiving an order that missed something, I was told that I was wrong and that they filled my order. I was argued with, and eventually, an employee handled the issue (very rudely) while the manager hid in the back with 6 other people. View all feedback.
The burgers were delicious as usual but the fries were under and wimpy.
SLOWEST DRIVE THRU IN EXISTANCE. Do NOT order your food ahead on the app unless you're in the car and on your way. They make it soon as the order hits the screen and it will sit there literally for ever till you pick it up. Most places make your order when you check in like Taco Bell or McDs to avoid loss and abandoned orders, not white castle. Also the White Castle app will let you order food to be picked up inside AFTER the lobby Is closed. So you're stuck in the sloooow thru no matter what. And they expect you to pay for food that sat on a counter for 1 hour and 8 mins while you waited for the 3 cars ahead of you to be served.... The Taco Bell app won't even let me click inside pickup if the lobby is closed. Majorly stupid oversight by the app team. I know these things because they have all happened to me personally at my West and Allen location. I choose elsewhere to eat now. Haven't been back since
Didn't give us our full order. The pop machine was leaking so there was a big puddle on the ground. Bathroom floors were slick. Must be from the same mop that cleans the kitchen area used throughout the facility. Super gross.
It's been almost 20 years since I've had White Castle. It was so good!
Fast, convenient and always tasty. Love my Sliders!!
