Nutrition Cave - Woodbury

Good place, friendly staff. I'm used to my local nutrition clubs, and sizing must be different here. When asked I chose a mega, but got the regular size that my clubs have. Unfortunately, I think the tea I ordered had all the flavor of a mega (tall) in asmall size, and it was so sweet that I unfortunately couldn't even drink it. Which I didn't realize until after I left.Disappointing, since it was definitely the price of a larger tea. Definitely talk to the shake tender before ordering so thatyou know what to expect, but then you should be good to go.

Tried their strawberry lemonade boosted tea and the house blend coffee... Both very good!! The owner was super friendly and had a welcoming smile. Will definitely be stopping in again.

I also found it strange that the female owner didn't make eye contact with me on either visit, which felt a bit odd. I don't know if she was having an off day, but the service felt somewhat distant. Because of that, I'm unsure if I'll return.

I had my first visit to the Nutrition Cave in Woodbury, and it was truly a 5-star experience! Vickie and her husband were incredibly helpful in guiding me to an amazing flavor combination. They were very kind, and I can't wait to return and bring my husband along! There are so many different flavors and combinations to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious! I highly recommend them for all your wellness treat needs!

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and their tea bombs are absolutely delicious; every flavor is a treat to try. I also love their shakes, which are incredibly tasty. Overall, I'm satisfied with the shake flavors, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a few more unique options added to the menu—though that's just my personal preference.
