Charlie Brown's Steakhouse - Woodbury

Reopened after pandemic. Was a 40-minute waiting time on a Tuesday night that tells you it will be good. Still the same ambience is over the years as you eat in the library in a mansion. All you can't eat is with the meal. Well stocked and many different dresses. I found the honey lime really good. Siracha wings must begin. They were fleshy and crispy, but the sauce lacked real zing. I have the Charlie Cut Prime Rib with loaded potato for dinner. It was like I remember, incredible. Steak was so delicious and delicate. Potato was actually a bit dry, but still tasty. The staff was friendly and safe as possible. If this is as it is on Tuesday, I recommend reservations if you can. Overall it was certainly worth the price and definitely worthy of many return journeys.

Great atmosphere of great bartenders and our waitress (Kara) was great. Garlic Parmesan recruited steak was also delicious. The drinks were strong and quickly arrived. Waiting was really not so bad about 20 minutes at 5:30 on Tuesday. I'm sure they're happy again. Will visit again soon!

So excited to try the newly opened and renovated historic location, and Charlie Brown's not disappointed! Mike the manager treated my reservation for our big group like a professional and personally welcomed us when we arrived. Our server, Carmel, was attentive and friendly. We were in a separate room, so it was mostly private. The new facility is very familiar, but bright and clean. Some of us had drinks at the bar when we arrived, and Mia looked after us very well. The atmosphere at the bar was warm and welcoming - a great place to relax. The salad bar was AMAZING, and I would return to lunch. With the exception of a boiled burger, my 14 guests were very satisfied with their food. I had the cut main rib of the Queen and it was perfectly cooked to my order ----rare and warm. I swallowed it with a generous part of horseradish and dipped every bite into my au jus-YUM! I had to stop eating my baked potato to slow down - the skin was crispy and I added the butter and sour cream available, then I ate the whole thing skin everything. Some of the entrees that my fellow players enjoyed were the very generously grilled shrimp quesadilla salad and the fillet mignon-, which was also perfectly cooked to order. The prices were quite reasonable and the food was delivered at a fast pace. I will definitely return and would recommend Charlie Brown for big groups or special events.

I just ate my dad. The salad bar was great, although I was somewhat disappointed in the bread offered. I was used to the bread that used to be on the salad bar. Dad's ribs and my New York Strip Steak were very good and the portions more than sufficient. And the coffee was as I like; not irrigated as it is almost everywhere else. Service was good. And a cry to George, our waiter, who stood up and was very personal. We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent night at Charlie Brown's. Appetizers -shrimp, calamari and mozzarella bites. Salad bar was fantastic. Our entrees included Prime Rib, steak, short ribs and meatloaf. Everything was prepared perfectly and delicious. Our waitress, Barbara, was so attentive and even though the restaurant was hopping and she was very busy, she made us feel like we were her only customers. We will definitely be back again and often.
