It is now under new management with Chef Lee, who has recently returned to the area. I will definitely be making the extra drive to make it my local spot. The fish batter is not as thick as before, but it is still crispy and delicious. The fish fillet may not be the freshest, likely frozen, but given the limited seafood suppliers in the Midland area, the fish is still of decent quality for the prices. I may consider asking for more details next time without offending anyone. Overall, give it a try.
