Found this gem. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying their ribs and brisket, they were top-notch. Overall, a fantastic dining experience and I will definitely be returning.

On my first visit to the Vaughan location, I was extremely impressed with the pulled pork, beans, and fries. I went back for more and ordered the pulled pork again along with two other items.

I live close to this restaurant and have seen it since it first opened, but I never really felt compelled to try it because there is a very popular local favorite nearby.

We were greeted immediately and sat. We ordered a couple of drinks and they came fast. I ordered a Caesar. It came with a spear of beef jerky and a green bean. It was awesome. The jerky was different and gave it a nice flavor. We ordered the smoke sampler. It was perfect size for two people. The flavor was just awesome. The ribs were fall off the bone. The smoke ring must have been 1/4" deep in the beef brisket and was just fantastic. Fries are better than Five Guys. We finished with apple crisp with bacon maple ice cream. This is my new favorite restaurant in Vaughan. If you havent been here yet, you are missing out on the best BBQ in town.

I would have to agree with the other reviewers that if your restaurant name is "The Smoke," you expect to smell and taste smoked food. The food was good and I would say more of a BBQ style than smoked which isn't a bad thing. The Meatery on the menu is a great option if you can't decide what to get as it offers a bit of everything from the menu. Food tasted fresh and not commercial made. Meat was tasty and tender. The 5 variety of sauces at the table were fun to try as each had a slightly different taste. Soup and Mac
