The drinks were quite disappointing; we had to send them back five times before we finally got something acceptable. When the food arrived, it was cold. We only had two waiters, and one of them was an older gentleman who seemed unable to manage our table effectively. The manager ended up delivering our food, but it was short. Given that the restaurant was nearly empty, this was quite surprising.

The service was slow and the staff seemed inexperienced; however, the food was quite good.

Julius is the best waiter at this restaurant! We always enjoy our time at his table. He is attentive and incredibly friendly. Everything we had was delicious. The shrimp pad Thai is the best dish I've ever tasted, and the baked rice was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef!

Normally, the service at TGIF is substandard. But this by far.... was the WORST dining experience ever! I made my reservations through Open Table. We arrived on time. And I advised the employee at the front door that we had a reservation. There was NO line. And he advised that we had to wait. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked him why were we still waiting? And he stated that we had to wait, until the person seating us cleared tables. Another employee approached us five minutes later. And asked why were we still waiting? And the initial employee stated, that we still had to wait for the guy to finish clearing tables. After waiting for 20 minutes. We were finally seated. However, our server did not approach our table for another 15 minutes. After finally placing our order, my wife 's fish was burned! And my BIG ribs were anything but big! Our server returned 10 minutes later. And asked was everything okay? We advised her that the fish was overcooked. And we wanted to speak with a manager. The manager arrived. And stated that she observed the fish when it left the kitchen. But she was told, that my wife requested for the fish to be overcooked. Really?! We will NEVER return to that location EVER again!! The customer service (or lack of) is HORRIBLE! And the food is mediocre at best!!
