Worse costumer service ever, my pizza was cold not well cooked It, I gently asked for it to be double toasted and the lady gave me an attitude saying : So? Like i hadn?t Pay for my food. After I requested so she started to talk in another language to another coworker and they were laughing. What a horrible experience. I?ll never go back again View all feedback.
If I could rate this place a NO (0) star I would. This place had some very rude employees and they didn?t even know what went on the subs. I had to remind them that they forgot meat on the sub. The lettuce looked so gross and omg the pickles. The pickles weren?t even the right color and they looked very soft and squishy . Most of the toppings looked old and not fresh. You could tell that they were not fresh. Also the one employee that helped me with my sub had just gotten back from a break or just coming in didn?t see her wash her hands and she touched her hair before she put on gloves. Then when we went to check out she refused to enter my BOGO coupon and told me I could only use if it was a mobile order. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

**The Good:** The service was quick—we didn’t have to wait at all, and the food was still warm when we sat down. The restaurant was clean and looked tidy with its updated decor. **The Bad:** However, the service wasn’t particularly friendly; it was rather neutral at best. I had requested that an ingredient be left off my sandwich, but it ended up on there anyway. To make matters worse, the bread tasted like it was a day old, even at 10 AM. **The Other:** I found it odd that the bin of onions was placed on top of the vegetable line. They might have been at too low a temperature, but I can’t say for sure.
I believe that if you're unhappy in your work environment, it’s best to reconsider your position. The woman who assisted me seemed quite dissatisfied, and I felt like I was imposing on her. However, I was grateful when she brought the manager over to help because he had a much more positive and cheerful demeanor. This is the only reason I'm giving the restaurant a 3-star rating. Had I only dealt with her, I might not have even bothered to order. Right now, I really don’t feel like eating—I might just give my food to the homeless man sitting outside.
A month ago, my aunt, who is a tourist, visited Subway. Before she placed her order, she had already paid in advance. As she was ordering, the woman taking her order, who appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent, was extremely rude for no apparent reason and even threw the bread. My aunt recently visited the same location again and noticed that the same woman is still employed there. It's hard to believe that no action has been taken regarding this incident! Why hasn't the manager addressed this issue? The woman's behavior was very unprofessional. There was also a man with her at the time, but he did not intervene or say anything about the situation.
