What navi chib doesn't like about Shahi Kabob:
I been going to this place for almost 5-6 years now. Most of the time there food is good and sometimes it’s a miss yesterday I had the worst experience. I ordered chat papri and all I can say it was the worst ever. Excessive amount of onion and tomatoes, with zero sauce in it. There wasn’t sweet or green sauce in it. Charged us almost $10 for this unsavory item.I’ll Highly suggest if you buy something here stick to t... View all feedback.
I had a very disappointing experience. I opted for the buffet, but most of the items were cold. The brown rice was old and hard, and the pakoras were inedible—cold and dry. After asking for water, I noticed something stuck to the bottom of the glass. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
However, since the Covid pandemic began, I’ve noticed a noticeable decline in both service and food quality. When I go for the buffet, I find the selection limited, with the same dishes being offered repeatedly, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. To add to my frustration, the buffet price has risen to $16 on weekdays. Another disappointing aspect is the restrooms, which are often not clean. The tables are also frequently dirty, a contrast to how things used to be. I remember a dedicated Arabic woman who managed customer service and cleaning incredibly well—unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but her commitment made a big difference. Finally, I suspect there has been a change in the kitchen staff, as the taste of the food no longer meets the high standards it once had. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetable dishes available. Parking: Parking is available. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs.
Do not recommend at all. Worst food that smells like rotten fish. Wasted my money went in back and the guy said exchange it . I told my husband to return it but we were in a hurry so he just asked for exchanging it . Still so much smell. Not a bit like fresh food smells. Had to throw away all . I’m pretty sure either they are using old used oil or their ingredients/meat is expired/stale . Wasted my $30.
The food is bad actually. Although the service is good. The restaurant is a bit unsanitary too. The only good food was the rice. I hated the atmosphere ?. The price was high too 2 out of 10Food: 2/5
I got the chicken kabob (Boneless), and it was a bit bland because it lacked salt.. Just a touch more salt, and it would taste much better.Food: 3/5
