Contribute FeedbackBon Chon is a little expensive, but they have lunch specialties/deals for combos. But my mother and I had not seen these offers in the menu, so they paid the full price. The food itself is really delicious. I love the Daikon/Radius they give on the side. The aromas for fried chicken are spicy and soy sauce/garlic. A lot of their business definitely comes from Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash, which are all popular for many fast food restaurants, especially now because of Covid-19. We saw some delivery people in the restaurant while we were there. We also saw Anna Acolatse, our friend who works there. She is the daughter of the priest of our church in DC. Bon Chon is less expensive than a Chinese restaurant, but it is definitely more expensive than Burger King or Wendy's. You have other menu items, but I'm sure the roasted chicken is the most popular product.
I always had great things to say about Bonchon, and over the years have learned that the quality of Bonchon depends on the location. As a local I was always happy that Woodbridge Bonchon is a great one. The food is always good and has been kept as this facility has only developed into a common experience since the beginning of COVID locks for years. What they deserve this review today is the stellar customer service of on-site managers able to tonight. I posted a 6:35 online order and was on site for my 7:05 pickup time. I found at least six people standing around the register without employees waiting in the register and instead around the bar back to the customers. Finally, at 7:15 comes one of to get an order out and I ask myself about my order and is simply said it is not finished before it runs away to stand the bar. I waited another 25 minutes without food and spoke to a separate employee who informed me that my receipt was lost and she 're your order. Over an hour and a half after I originally gave up my order, with me standing inside for 40 minutes, I will finally receive my order from the first team member to whom I spoke, who gave me my food without excuse or other comments. To close this long review... what happened next, the on-site manager spoke to me per request, explained to me the situation, apologised me and compensated me appropriately for my effort. He actually took care of my experience and sat down to make it right and make me feel better. I didn't catch his name, but I've seen him there for 5 years, I was a frequent customer of Bonchon of Woodbridge and because of him I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you.
