Very bad experience. I went to have dinner with my guests. We got there at 10:30 pm and ordered appetizers. By the time we were done it was around 12 and we weren’t aware of the fact the the kitchen closes at 12. The server didn’t even come to inform us or take our order for the main course. When we asked to order at 12:05, that’s when she told us that the kitchen closed already. When we complained to her while paying the bill, instead of apologizing she threw the card on the table, kissed her teeth and walked away to bring the manager.
The server seemed new, and that was okay. He was very pleasant and tried to learn our names. He seemed caught up on our names and didn't really seem to remember much else. We ordered sparkling water, and got still. I ordered a gluten free app, and that came out right. And then I ordered a seafood pasta with gf penne, and he kept asking if it was a salad... Why would I need pasta if it was a salad? The food was good, but then we had to wait a half an hour for our bill. We presented some vouchers that they didn't seem to know how to process, and then the bill came back with two bottles of water on it, even tho the first one came out incorrect. They did take it off eventually but it did take half an hour to sort everything out. For paying 80 dollars for a meal for 2 you expect better service. At the end of the meal he couldn't even remember our names....
While we had a couple issues with our order the customer service to resolve them was exceptional. We were particularly impressed with the manager who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with this dining experience.
Avoid this place on Saturday evenings if you can. It’s extremely busy, all the servers are running around clueless and you’re there hoping you’ll get served eventually.
I am in the rule I am great fan of milestones restaurants, but this experience missed the sign for me. we celebrated the birthday of my mannes and chose milestones over the keg and other neighboring restaurants. we even drove up to 45 minutes for the next location, just to be very disappointed. first, the floors of the restaurator were dirty, where my feet lay on the floor at times. our glasses were dirty, including a weinglas, which was wet with water and a waterglass that stuck a kind of food particles on the inside. also our food took forever, our appetizer came with our meal, which obviously we did not eat. Finally, we deliberately sat in the bar dining area to get a look at the televisions what was told to me could show a certain football game. When we arrived there, the manager said he would put the game on, just to find out halfway through our eating that the remote control didn't work and we couldn't watch the game. finally, the waitress was rude and impersonal. when we asked if she could change the channel, she replied, I will do it if I have a chance. I'm just busy when we brought our reflections to the manager, his apologies was that they had been subjected to the greatest part of the day; ridiculous, though, I must say that eating was great. codos to the kitchen staff to remain consistent! of course we will not eat again at this place.
