By definition “fast” is supposed to be faster than a traditional fine in. This McDonald’s notoriously takes 10-15 minutes to take drive thru order. Better than half the order given is either wrong or missing items to which you have go in and get it correct. View all feedback.
Sad slow food, no one has been properly trained to move quickly.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. they walked me to the redner when I went to pay the cash, not even bothered me to look at when I went to get the food that was sneaking at me while I was full. like a stupid minute!
Drive-Thru fills but line moves super fast. order was right and hot!
They always have the same problem. Mocha machine does not work..it was ok for some and now it is broken! that's unusual! Whenever she's busy machine always broken. they said that!
Never had bad experience like here in McDonald's. We was planning to dine in and eat with my family, came insight and lady was taking the order never greet not even smile. Whole time she was very serious.We order happy meal for our daughter and she always get sweet and sour sauce. When I asked for three sauce, couple of employees was there and started asking me did I buy chicken nugget. I said no, they said the sauce is only for chicken nugget and she left. I was waiting, I thought she will bring from insight. While waiting she came back and said I told you, sauce only for ... the way she replied seems like very rude.McDonalds is like a govt organization.
