The food offers an authentic taste of Peru. However, the venue isn't ideal for a romantic dinner, as the atmosphere is more suited for casual gatherings. Prices are reasonable, and the service is satisfactory. Cleanliness is rated at four stars; the tables and booths could use a thorough cleaning each time. I went today to this place and one of the employee was giving me attitude, I asked for the bill and one of the employees rolled her eyes to me, what kind of customer service is this!!? And the cashier doesn't know what she is doing, worts experience, necer coming back to this place, I highly recommend to go to other places, theres better places than this . View all feedback.
I love this place! At one point I've eaten here almost every day! Food is amazing. It's almost impossible to place a phone order as they almost never pick up the phone! I sometimes had to call about 20 minutes. But it's so good that I always called. You are a little stingy with the sauce, so make sure you ask extra! That could be the best chicken in Woodbridge!
The chicken is raw inside and plain with no flavor. They no longer want to cook the chicken properly or season it. and hard rice. Better to close the restaurant or change the cooks and Step the service:
I ordered quarter chicken, and chicken was old and cold.
I used to come here a lot but the food just isn’t as good as it used to be. The chicken is soggy and doesn’t have that roasted taste that it used too. Also, the cashiers (Kenia) are very rude. They spend more time on their phones or talking to each other than providing good customer service. I will not return to this location again.
Ordered fried fish, Lomo saltado and few other dishes for the whole group. Fish was just ok, lomo took over 30 mins to cook and the meat was just ok, had better ones. Their bathrooms needs update, its very small and dirty.
