I 've frequented this location several times, and the food has always been delicious. However, on my recent visit, despite specifying no tomatoes and light onions for my pollo saltado, the dish arrived with tomatoes and an abundance of onions. This deviation from my order was disappointing, considering they usually get it right. Nevertheless, the flavors were still on point, showcasing the authentic taste of Peruvian cuisine. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to custom orders for a more consistent dining experience.
