What Mercedes May doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
We waited over an hour for our food and it came out wrong as well as cold. Server said she’d fix it and we waited 30 more minutes and she never did. She came over and gave us the check but we mentioned we still didn’t have all the food and she said she’d be right back with the missing food and we waited and she never came back. I went in on March 21st of this year in the early afternoon. I was waited on by a young lady named Courtney W. who was absolutely wonderful. She was eager and willing to accommodate my oddities of my breakfast order. Furthermore her insite to bring us refills in a timely manner was greatly appreciated.
