I had the best customer experience today around 3:50 pm. It's very rare these days to get absolutely ? customer service. The gentleman who worked the drive through window was Cody and he really made my day by delivering the best customer service ? ? Please learn how to give sauce when asked for in the drive thru. Yes, I'm a sauce person, I asked for ranch horseradish and arby's sauce and received 0. So now I was forced to eat dry food. I was told to pull forward, however, the car behind me never even passed me and still, my order was wrong. 730 on a Tuesday evening. Also could barely hear over the speaker in the drive-thru. Says they close at 10 online. I pull in at 9:45 and they say they’re closed. I wanted my Buffalo slider and I’m never coming back ever again.
