Stopped by for a hot and sour soup and order of spring rolls on the way from BWI Airport to visit family in Pennsylvania. This is a very modest, traditional takeout restaurant. What I ordered was served hot and fresh. The soup was sweeter than I have had elsewhere but had the right amount of spice to balance the sweetness. View all feedback.
What Debbee T doesn't like about China Yee:
The shrimp fried toast tasted like it just came out of the bottom of the sea seasoned with some extra extra salt. This fried rice was so bland no seasoning but the sweet and sour chicken was pretty good. They give you a pretty big portion but way way too much salt used. View all feedback.
General Tso’s was really good, the fried rice and egg rolls both tasted bland and stale.
Found a mouse dropping inside my rice definitely never eating here again
It's just alright. I got General Tso's chicken, and the pieces were a bit small and bready. The rice didn't have much flavor to it. All in all, it's decent Chinese food for the price, especially considering the lack of options in and around Mount Airy.
