I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I strongly advise against ordering online. They took $49 from me and refused to refund my money. They claim they never received the payment, but my credit card statement clearly shows a charge from them. Communication was also difficult since English is not the employee's first language. I will never shop here again and I recommend that others avoid this place as well. View all feedback.
I went there BEFORE closing time and they said they were closed, no holiday or anything.
I usually wouldn't spend Brazilian restaurant prices, but we had gift cards to use. The service from the staff was outstanding. They were polite, helpful, and quick, and even offered a fun Creature Creations hat for my toddler. The kids had a blast with the Creature Creations, and the Ball Park flavor was quite enjoyable.
