Papa Johns Pizza - Wood River

I'm a fan of the Philly Cheesesteak Padilla. my wife likes another style. they make them fast and they are affordable. always a decent menu choice at a good price.

Just a little upset because I ordered a pizza and a drink and did not get my drink. They didn’t let me know until the driver was at my door that they didn’t have the drink I chose. They should’ve called to ask if I wanted something else. Because I now have to eat a large pizza with nothing to drink.

I had a pick up order for a tax exempt purchase and the manager , I think her name is Susan or Stephanie. She was awesome, patient, and thorough. The pizza was fresh and didn’t take long at all. I went at about 11am on a weekday. No complaints and no traffic, as they’d just opened. Clean location.

The manger was very rude he ask why you talk like that I informed him that I have a speech disorder and I studer alot pizza very good but they need to work on being nice to people who have a disability

I am a door dasher and when I pulled up 2 of the workers pretty much stopped what they was doing and just starred at my car waiting for me to get out. It was alarming and kind of creepy being starred down like that. I did tell them when I walked in that I would not do that to customers.
