Manager, lady with red hair, needs to fix her attitude... i always go to this location but damn she has an attitude, never wants to help and made me go back to pay .50 cents for cream cheese, like i don't mind paying but could've been like it's on us but next time you have to pay it.. but she waited for me to pay and than gave me the cream cheese, couldn't even put it in my bagel. They got a new espresso machine and now their cappuccino tastes really good!
Drunk employee... Fell down when preparing ice cream. Red eyes.. Dropped ice-creams twice. He did not use gloves
The slowest store ever. Getting a coffee takes 5 min.
The Baskin Robbins employees here are terrible. They constantly have attitudes when you come in after 8pm. They close an hour earlier then the signs on the door says on random nights. Constantly runs out of popular flavors and you can see that the ice cream sometimes melt and refreezes. Customer service isn't great at all.
Roomy, clean and with an attractive seating area. Location off the main road also adds to its appeal.
