The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is terrible. I have ordered food from here three times recently through the app, selecting pickup in store ASAP each time. However, it takes 5 to 10 minutes for my food to be ready when I arrive. Each time, my food has not been left on the takeout shelf, and I end up waiting in line for another 5 to 10 minutes to be told that my food is still being prepared (even though I only ordered a single sandwich). Every visit is chaotic, with customers complaining about their orders and team members taking several minutes to discuss missing items. I will not be returning to this location.
The service at this restaurant is absolutely awful! The food is cold most of the time. They consistently forget to bring at least 2-3 items every visit. The staff will argue with you about your order, even when you have a receipt to prove it. I will definitely be going to a different restaurant, no matter how far it is. They really need to hire more competent employees. It should not be difficult to work in fast food and get someone's order right.
