It gives a wharf ish mood like you're really about to board your next sea trip. Anyway, the food is good. It's better to eat here with an empty stomach so you'll not be confused with the selections and just grab them all. I'm not really a fan of buffet because everything is generic, but the ambience definitely does contribute to the hype that this restaurant has. And by the way, this has been a Best of Cebu awardee for the past 2 years a the best buffet restaurant. I approve.
