Contribute FeedbackC.A.Y.A offers a varied menu of grilled and smoked dishes, such as the Texas charcuterie board and classic BBQ items like burnt ends. While some diners experienced service issues, overall, the food quality and exceptional service stood out. The St. Louis Ribs and Mac and Cheese were highlights for many, with a subdued atmosphere on a winter night. Diners praised the burnt ends, candied bacon, and brisket. The menu has changed post-pandemic, but the new offerings remain delicious. Craft cocktails were a hit, with some diners eager to return to try more of C.A.Y.A's offerings.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively. It was quite noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation without shouting. There were also no sound barriers to separate the tables. Despite this, I plan on returning to the restaurant.
Really wonderful staff and friendly service. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful experience with their high-quality Mother's Day buffet.
C.A.Y.A.'s menu has been updated since our last visit, but their delicious BBQ and smoked dishes remain exceptional. One new addition to the menu was the Texas Charcuterie Board, which was a fantastic way to introduce our friends who had never dined there before to the variety of delicious smoked dishes that C.A.Y.A. is known for. We particularly enjoyed the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork, along with a selection of tasty sides. Our favorite dish was the burnt ends served with a horseradish sauce, which we highly recommend trying.
Food and service were great. The St. Louis Ribs were perfectly smoked and very tasteful. The Mac and Cheese side was quite brilliant together with the truffle friries. It was not very busy, which led to a relatively subdued atmosphere. Finally, it was a cold snow-covered winter night. Maybe it's more electric in warmer weather. All things said we enjoyed ourselves and will probably come back to try other things.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, the service was good, and it had a typical barbecue house atmosphere with a rustic, beat-up style theme.
