Royal London - Wolverhampton

A much improved bar in the city center. not yet inspected by wolves councils scores at the doors, but I will edit when they have been. used to be infamous that the rubbing employees are much too busy on their mobile phones to help people, but this does not seem to be the case anymore. Menu is burger 'n' chips oriented, but portions are shocking. is very busy in the did too peak times, but seems one of the better beams now after a rough patch regarding the service. worth a visit.

Very popular student stream bar in the center of wolverhampton, opposite its main rival, varsity. in comparison to varsity has royal london more of an indie/rock vibe. sit in front, and about three billard tables in the back. seats are quite unpleasant! also in the night it is usually very busy and difficult to get a table. Standard bubble menu on the day. Drinks cheap and discounts are available when they buy a yellow card.

If they are not varsity person, then they are a royal London type or gal (or should I say geeza? these two bars are in direct competition and are literally on other street pages, the only difference is the decoration and the fact that the royal london is as pool table or two. I personally, I prefer the royal london, as it is in the more sitting places and seems to be a bigger being, so there is less chance to spill a vodka redbull her dress (although I cannot guarantee that! drinks prices are the same as varsity, and they get the same kind of quantity, i.e. student stories and the occasional stinking old let is.

Great on student evenings only others would be a bit expensive. nice if they get a place, so they can have a chat. the pool tables are good when they can get one. nice to start the night as a spot.

Great place to go on a thursday for pound a pint or before hitting the clubs of wolverhampton. It usually gets very busy as it is not that big inside and is very poopular with students thanks to the prices. Worth getting in there very early to find a seat or table. Has pool table and quiz machines which always add to the enjoyment of a pub.
