Merry Boys - Wolverhampton

Went for lunch but couldn't get served , so drank our drinks and left . A lot of dirty plates still on tables from other customers.

Popped in with a friend for some lunch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered our meals, mixed grill for me burger for my friend. Both meals arrived quickly, cooked perfectly and delivered to us hot. Compliments to chef and the manager for setting a high standard. We’ll be visiting again as we have decided that we want to work our way through the menu. Thank you

Rude waitress , food was inedible , chips were so hard you couldn’t put a fork through them without them flying off your plate , peas were like bullets, and the only thing edible on the plate were the eggs, (which were prey decent) , would never eat here again

On first impressions very nice warm welcoming pub and warm and cosy,ordered food for five of us had a good 45 minute wait easily no problem,the food for me and my son wasn’t the best had chicken curry tasted fishy and the naans we freezing,so the staff reheated it but the lasagna was ok the garlic bread was burnt but my babies (13) food had cling film in Yh e lettuce I did let staff know but just offered new plate to be honest first time going and it’s really put me off going again it’s a shame as the girl behind the bar was lovely she looked just as shocked as me maybe next time il just try the puddings but hot food maybe not sorry

Great expiriance, new manager was super friendly and the meal was nice, large portion too for the price! Will recommend to my friends
