Was just at penn KFC and the customer service provided by Arjun was amazing!!! Really went out of his way to provide us with a positive experience. Our order was large and awkward and he made sure all was perfect and double checked when it...was all prepared. Positive attitude to help rather than helping just because you have to. Thanks Arjun! What Anonym dislikes about Kfc:
Despite having to wait for 15 minutes and having to reheat my food when I got home since there was no reception at the ordering point, the staff seemed careless when making my food. The restaurant had dirty tables and overflowing bins. The staff were not wearing masks properly and the delivery driver wasn't wearing a mask at all. I would think twice about returning to this restaurant or ordering from here again. View all feedback.

I just bought four pieces of chicken. in the run of the years to buy kfc, I have never seen so small pieces. full cost of money.
Absolutely livid order the gravy burger meal and when I got home 3 pieces huh and pommes .... tried to call and complain abs no answer after 25 minutes .... had to go back to collect correct meal. only unacceptable

After my better judgement I decided to travel to Penn road KFC as its closer. I have had a number of bad experiences at this particular outlet, I waited in the drive thru for approx 10 minutes, all quite and no one talking through the...order speaker. Some cars behind me started to honk and some were waving their hands, I said “hello hello anybody hear me” finally I gave up and drove forward to the window, I was told you have skipped the order queues, and to go back round the drive thru, I explained I couldn’t hear anybody and she slapped the window across! I was very annoyed and frustrated, no customer service ability and certainly a poor standard if any of training carried out..... this place is terrible and would just travel to other outlets where customer service is something you will receive... the staff here are never polite and plain rude.....
Last night, on Saturday, we went to this restaurant for takeout. We ordered mini fillet burgers, which were inedible and soggy. We only received one salad instead of two and two gravies instead of one. The four pieces of original chicken were overcooked and a mess. The fries were nothing special. Overall, it was a waste of time and money.
