It was the very first restaurant I visited in the UK back in and for a while I became addicted to their doner meat and chips with chilli, mint and lemon. Granted, looking back it wasn't exactly a gourmet experience but it was cheap, tasty and jolly. The fact that they're still open after all these years says it all, they must be doing something right

A tiny peice of some kind of fish in a really greasy batter that was about half an inch thick . The oil was so old too. horrible horrible horrible

I became hooked after trying their delicious meat and chips with chili, mint, and lemon. While it may not have been a gourmet experience in hindsight, it was affordable, flavorful, and enjoyable. The fact that they are still open after all these years speaks volumes about their success and quality. They must be doing something right.

Before trying this restaurant, I had heard good reviews but unfortunately, we all had to throw our meals away. The dish I ordered had a small piece of fish in a very greasy batter that was almost half an inch thick. The oil used for frying was clearly old.
