I asked if my order could be changed and was threatened because it was placed through UberEats. The owner even warned me, "I know where you live." Absolutely disgusting! This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I don't even know where to begin with this place.. without a doubt, Bangla Kitchen has the worst takeaway food I have ever had and the customer service we experienced this evening was so terrible, it almost seemed like a joke. First of all, the food was so greasy that it was literally dripping out of the foil wraps. Secondly, when we checked our order, we realized that it was incorrect and parts of it were missing. And the parts that were correct were just awful - the meat was dry, there was a butter wrapper left inside the naan bread, and the tikka masala tasted completely different than usual, almost like something from a jar. When we contacted the restaurant to complain, we were met with a yelling, angry man on the phone who offered no apology and continued to shout at us. I was speechless. In conclusion, if you're looking for delicious Indian food with great customer service, definitely steer clear of Bangla Kitchen. I will never order from there again and would advise others to do the same.
