The Green Frog Cafe - Wollongong

The Green Frog Cafe is a typical cafe that offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and beverages with different flavors and origins. I tried the Toasted Turkish sandwich and a mixed berry smoothie for the first time during my visit. Although there was a slight delay in receiving the smoothie (my boyfriend's nachos arrived before our drinks!), it was well worth the wait. The smoothie was thick and filled with blended fruit. The Toasted Turkish sandwich was a clever take on a Turkish bread sandwich, filled with turkey, pineapple, mayo, and assorted veggies on the side. The portions were generous, and in combination with the smoothie, it was more than satisfying. Despite being a busy lunch hour, the service was relatively quick and the staff was polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with delicious food at The Green Frog Cafe.

I generally drop into the Frog when I've left my lunch my lunch at home. Appears new owners run the frog but they are organised and polite. After a small wait time, I am presented with my lunch, beautiful and fresh every time.

Have always used these guys for catering and have always been quick and on time. Food is always fresh and nothing is too hard for them. Have a great range of vegetarian options.

This is a great option for sandwiches. Much to choose from, always fresh and the sandwiches are made to your specification.

For that good old classic Schnitty Lettuce and Mayo sanger, you cant go wrong. The bread was beautiful and fresh. Good service.
