Would not recommend this place. Service was terrible. 40 minutes for our burgers, although there were not many customers in the store. Ordered a chicken burger and the chicken was so over boiled and dry, the burger bungalow was burned and bacon was like... essential leather.... Save yourself and go somewhere else.

This place definitely has potential. It is in a great location and there are not many good Burger places at the end of the city. 1. You need to choose suitable music and turn the volume down. Guns n Roses and like a crack at full volume... let me get out of there before I order. I watched families with children stop and then go off with the radiant heavy metal soundtrack. 2. The menu could be more exciting. I want ingredients and combos that jump on me, but it's pretty boring and inspiring. 3. Train your staff. The two guys were uninterested in the job, argued, and one was constantly on his phone. 4. While my burger was in order, the chicken was burned and it was done without care how a mess would look. It's the little things.

I call EVERYTIME before I wait here without answer, they have an incomprehensible reply message that does not tell you any information about opening. Servers are rude and make a note to last serve me after any other customer.

I went her on the 1/10/20 to grab a burger and fries. When i got home and bit into the cheese burger, the bun was hardened and meat dry as if it had been cooked earlier and microwaved. I use to like this place, but...it is clear standards have really dropped. Also noticed unprofessional behaviour between cook and server looking at phone messages while serving us. i won't be returning. If sales drop it has nothing to do with COVID , but everything to do with quality of food and service
