very loud place personal not particularly friendly. eating is not spectacular. no pho in the menu. bland reispapierrolle. shaky bark was nice. they wait that the workers were eating over the top of the heads of men. three friends visited the mylan restaurant for lunch that we had been there 3 years ago, it was good at that time and is now better.
