Fuku on Crown Asian Cuisine Wollongong NSW

We eat here all the time. Food is cheap but good,alcohol license and not too pricey, service friendly, a little busy at times, but that happens.Need to start putting ice in the water and soft drinks and yes fix the toilets. The toilet is a bit rudimentary, no paper towel, t-paper just sitting there, but do you visit for the crapper? They have always had soap, and yes they're Chinese people. Cheap as chips asian food, if you want something fancy then go somewhere else. We have found this one of a few good restaurants in town, never felt sick after eating here , no nasty surprises, what more do you want? You can fill up for $11 here and you'll find many asian uni students in the place.

WELL where do I start !!! I am by no means a picky person but my experience on Saturday night was a classic. In short (because I could rant for hours) Staff - shocking all looked like they hated being there, not a smile to be foundService - ABSOLUTE lack of. Whole restaurant was fed and emptied and we were still waiting on 2 dishes. Asked for drinks 4 times and got served once. Actually had to say forget food not happy as meal was mine and I was starving, and other dish was entrée and still couldn't get to table. And to top it off food very averageWorst service I have had I think ever.

Great little restaurant on Crown Street, obviously frequented by a number of Asian people which was a good sign. Unfortunately there is a fairly high step to get in and disabled access would be difficult. There is no outside seating. However there is an extensive range of food available but with only one Gluten Free offering. Staff were friendly and helpful. The menu "book" is just fantastic ! Probably the best I have ever seen. Comes in a huge glossy volume with pictures and descriptions of every dish. (See photo attached)The food took a while to come and not all meals were received at the same time but they were worth waiting for. Definitely a place to go in Wollongong.

Very disappointed with the service at Fuku, taste wise it is an okay restaurant and a budget dine in.

We arrived around 130pm for a late lunch and was starving. Had to wait 20 mins for food. Bad service. We had ordered two bowls of rice had to ask multiple times to receive it. No condiments. What asian restaurant has no chilli sauce or chilli? Food was decent but at around 245 they started bleaching the floor whilst we were still eating. Ended up rushing to finish to eat to get out of the place. Wouldnt go again.
