Fresh Buns Dumplings - Wollongong

Avoid ordering from this restaurant. I tried their delivery service and what I received was completely different from what I had ordered. The driver just handed me a bag with one item that clearly wasn't mine. When I tried to discuss the issue with him, he suggested calling the restaurant, but they were already closed. I was left with the wrong order and no resolution. The driver left and never returned.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very impressed. I ordered the fried rice, BBQ pork, and pork dumplings. Each dish was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, it is a hidden gem.

The price was absolutely terrible and the food was shocking. The pork chop was like rubber and had no sauce on it. I was still hungry, so I ordered some spring rolls, which turned out to be a bad move as they were frozen, nearly making me sick.

Lovely service, food comes out very quickly. Recommend the special fried rice, salt and pepper calamari, ribs in peking sauce and all the dumplings are awesome.

*An unassuming little gem in Woonona* We initially stopped by today with intention of ordering some dumplings to take away for lunch. We were greeted by friendly staff. We decided to sit down and eat in and sample a few dishes(so glad we did! We ordered the pork and chive dumplings and the scallion pancakes to start( very nice, so fresh tasting and a very generous serving) We also ordered the pork ribs and a chicken laksa. The pork ribs were delicious and again another generous serving. The chicken laksa was one of the nicest I've eaten a huge serving(at least adults worth)!!! We ended up asking to take home the remaining pork ribs and laksa as there was no way we could finish it it was so tasty we wanted to eat it again.
