We ate here again the other night. We arrived at 5pm. The floor was covered in rice, obviously from the lunch time diners. Even by my poor housekeeping standards, it was quite dirty. Tables were spotless and service fabulous as always. You cannot park directly outside and will be lucky to find a spot across the road but we always find a park down the nearby side streets. If you have got young children, this is excell... View all feedback.
Go to this place for years loved the place whenever family we visit them here But 2days experience was the worst what we ever had the food was tasteless and the service of the short hair lady was shocking u could say that it was... the last place she ever wanted, looking for her watch to close the restaurant, asked the areaame if there were any changes she had to write it a new cook and every time every
Wonderful meals, extensive menu and the best rice paper rolls go. Bbq pork wonton noodle soup, pork substitute ribs, Singapore noodles, salt and pepper soup and hainan chicken are great. Visit for 25 years and have to pass when I am in Wollongongong
I was in Wollongong for work a few days. It was disturbing rain and I just died for some good Asian foods. Working mates raves over this place. In the first two nights I couldn't get a park out of the rain. But tonight... I parked directly on the street and no rain. Roughened, I ordered yarn and mango rolls as duck, Chae Kway Teow for a dish and lemongrass chicken for the other. If this is what Wollongongong people as “exceptional” and “delicious” rave, then we can’t be friends anymore. The mango and shrimp rollers were appalling. Full ham, a few shrimps, onions and carrots in a kind of soggy fought egg wrap thing only terrible, and no mango and not tasty. The CKT I had better from street noodle markets. It wasn't terrible, but it's not great either. The lemongrass chicken has at least a bit of taste and chili bite, but basically it is a braided chicken that has been tendered in Bicarb soda that you can taste. At least the portion sizes were good, but overall there is nothing really to recommend this place except that the food in the area was clean. It was all, but one of them was really nice.
Has been a regular customer for many years, but have noticed a deterioration in the food standard. Only today has it changed hands. Maybe my last visit.
Popped in for lunch and had a well presented and tasty meal. Pork Chop, broken rice plus Hainan chicken. Less than $30 for two. Very much enjoyed
