You cannot judge a book by it's cover with The Tamale Lady!! The staff was amazing, the food was amazing and love the atmosphere! From scratch tamales all the best mexican things to French Pop Ups and Brunches on the weekends, by reservation only, this is def an experience one must try if you are ever in the Lubbock surrounding areas! It was great to personally meet you all and thank you for such amazing hospitality to this newbie in the area from DFW, Tx. They have grown so much they will be moving to a newer/bigger area in the upcoming months! So happy for you your staff Jon! Your passion for good food shows!

Had the green chile chicken tamales! soft warm lighting and enjoyed amazing food. I even had the pleasure of having macaroones dessert. definitely recommend those who like to eat good.

The atmosphere of this place is so calming and eating was just wonderful. very pleasant service. I would recommend it to everyone. I would never have been pleased that you could fool or eat empanadas, as it was served. delicious.

1 star is strict for the tribes. the young men on the building market were nice and helpful, but these fools. I wasn't impressed. the deceased (I had the faint) were so tasteless and greasy. I was very disappointed and felt like I was was wasting $8. I was offered to buy a lot of them and now I know why. no hate the business, but business bought fools are better than these.
