It's always a pleasure to see how she interacts with and assists each customer. There are never any issues; she has the operation running smoothly. She helps new employees get acclimated quickly. Nora, one of the staff members, is always wonderful and very understanding, as are all the other employees. This is truly how I like to start my mornings!

Finally, the wo... read more When I returned and showed the employee my order history, my coffee still wasn't made because, according to them, the order hadn’t come through. Finally, the woman who was working with her prepared my coffee, but not before we had a heated argument. During all of this, the barista who eventually made my coffee laughed at customers who were complaining about the long wait times. I waited over half an hour for my coffee—after arguing about whether I had ordered it from them, and having to prove I had indeed made the purchase. This is just the latest in a long series of frustrating experiences I've had here. I could go on about the instances where no one has taken my order, even when there were no other customers. It doesn't seem unreasonable to expect fast service from a quick-service restaurant.

I was like ok it was a sm... read more They don’t even deserve 1 star, went there this morning and ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream and it came with no whip cream. I was like ok it was a small mistake not a big deal then I got the egg and cheese wraps with no bacon since I’m Muslim. and mind you I ordered 3 and payed for 3 and only got 1. Then I told them about that and they gave me the other 2 with bacon even tho I specifically said no bacon. Horrible service from the young workers there, they shouldn’t even have gotten the job, hilarious
